Privacy

Nothing here is built to harvest you. If you join the First Circle, it is because you chose to — and you can leave with one click, any time. I do not sell what you share, I do not trade it, and I keep only what is needed to do the one thing you asked: send word when the threshold opens.

This policy takes effect when the site opens to the public.

What this covers

This policy applies to shamanmundo.com ("the site," "the Calli Shaman Leadership Institute"), operated by Rev Chief Mundo Santillan. It explains what information the site collects, why, who processes it, and the choices you have.

What the site collects

  • What you give. If you join the First Circle, your email address (and name, if you provide it). That's it — there is no account to create and nothing to buy on the site today.
  • What's measured automatically. Basic, privacy-minded analytics — pages viewed, rough device/browser type, and approximate (city-level) location — to understand how the site is used. Collected via Google Analytics 4 and set only while analytics is enabled.
  • What the host logs. Standard server logs (such as IP address and request details) kept by the hosting provider for security and reliability.

How it's used

  • To send the updates you asked for — and only those.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so it can be made better.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

The site does not sell, rent, or trade your information, and does not use it for third-party advertising.

Who else processes it

A small set of trusted services act as processors. Each keeps your data only to provide its service:

  • MailerLite — email list + delivery (the First Circle).
  • Google Analytics 4 — site analytics.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security.
  • Sanity — the content system that powers the pages (it stores the site's content, not visitor data).

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies — chiefly for analytics. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site still works. Analytics cookies are set only while analytics is enabled.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe anytime — every email carries a one-click link, and you're removed.
  • Access or delete your information — email revchief@shamanmundo.com and it's done.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example, under the California CCPA/CPRA or the EU/UK GDPR). The site does not sell personal information. To exercise any right, use the email above.

How long it's kept

Your email stays on the list while you're subscribed and is removed when you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Analytics and server logs are retained only as long as needed for their purpose.

Children

The site is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new effective note. Material changes will be made clear.
