    Break the weight into its parts. Breath by breath, piece by piece — nothing is too large once it is in pieces.

    Metabolize

    Let the work work. Movement, rhythm, sweat, sound — the body digests what the mind cannot.

    Integrate

    Take back what the work returned to you. The lesson settles into muscle; practice makes it yours.

    Cross. The body that walks out is not the body that walked in. The ground held; the current carried.
