Spirit speaks first in stillness. An ember in the dark, a pull toward the quiet — the sign that something asks to be tended. Begin by sitting with it.

Acknowledge

Speak it to the fire. What you name aloud stops being a ghost and becomes an offering — weight the ceremony can hold.

Decompose

Let the smoke part. What rose as one gray weight separates into strands — grief here, fear there, each one small enough to face.

Metabolize

The coil does its work. What the fire receives, it changes — not erased, transformed. Stay while it burns; leaving early is how weight returns.

Integrate

Take the ash and the warmth both. What the ceremony returned to you is yours to carry — a practice, a vow, a quieter heart.

Transform

Cross. The one who rises from this fire is not the one who sat down. The serpent crosses the sky; the ceremony holds.
